During our initial interview, a Pet Watcher will meet in your home with you and your pets in order to find out pertinent information about the medical history and behavioral habits of your pets, their present condition and care needed in your absence, plus information about the security of your home. Paperwork will be filled out; as illustrated by Whitepaws below:

All animals must be current on rabies, major vaccinations, and heartworm checks. You must provide proof of vaccination at the time of the initial interview. If you are unable to do so, we will check for verification with your veterinarian. ALL ANIMAL BITES WILL BE REPORTED TO THE APPROPRIATE ANIMAL CONTROL AGENCY AS REQUIRED BY LAW and you may be liable as a result. (See our contract regarding bite policy.)
